Reporting
How does Axial Shift calculate labor cost?
Short answer
Axial multiplies each employee's hours by their pay rate from your POS or HR system, then compares labor with sales by shift, day and store. It reports labor percentage and sales per labor hour (SPLH).
- Actual versus scheduled hours, by job and by employee.
- Labor dollars appear once wages are loaded in your POS or HR system.
