What does our IT team need to do to set up Axial Shift?
Short answer
Usually very little. Toast connects from the Toast marketplace, Aloha needs a small agent installed on each store's Aloha server, and Simphony needs API credentials. Single sign-on (SSO) takes about an hour to set up.
- Aloha installs can be done silently. Your firewall may need to allow Axial's addresses.
- For SSO, your team provides an Issuer URL, a Client ID and a Client Secret.
- Clean job codes and work emails in your POS make roles and invites work smoothly.
