How do schedule templates work in Axial Shift?
Short answer
Templates are built by sales band, and the forecast picks the right one for each day. Most groups sort their stores into 4 or 5 tiers by volume or layout instead of building a template for every store.
- GMs can edit templates if they have permission.
- Managers can adjust the schedule after the template is applied.
- Labor targets such as sales per labor hour (SPLH) can be set by store or by group.
