How do reports roll up by region or concept in Axial Shift?
Short answer
Reports roll up from each store to regions, concepts or brands, and up to the whole company. Each person sees the level they're responsible for, and a store can belong to more than one group at the same time, such as a district and a state.
How groups work
- Create groups for regions, districts, concepts, brands or comp sets.
- A store can sit in several groups at once, and reports roll up each way.
Who sees what
Access follows each person's role. GMs see their store, regional leaders see their region, and executives see the whole company, all from a single login.
Comparing stores
The multi-unit report compares stores and groups side by side on sales, labor and the KPIs you track.
Daily rhythm
A nightly summary email recaps the day, and real-time sales are available on mobile during service.
