Does Axial Shift integrate with Toast, Aloha and Oracle Micros?
Yes. Axial Shift connects to Toast through the Toast marketplace, to NCR Aloha through a lightweight agent on the Aloha server, and to Oracle Micros Simphony through its API. Each integration brings in item-level sales and labor, and Axial loads up to three years of sales history for forecasting and year-over-year reporting.
Toast
Connect Axial from the Toast marketplace. Setup is quick, and Axial pulls up to three years of history. Toast charges its own monthly fee per location for integration access.
NCR Aloha
An Axial agent is installed on each store's Aloha server and reads Aloha's data files directly, with no middleware in between. Your IT team may need to allow Axial's addresses through the firewall. Silent installs are supported, and Axial supplies the keys for each location.
Oracle Micros Simphony
Axial connects through the Simphony API. Your team provides the authentication details, the app server URL, the enterprise ID, the API version and the location IDs.
Other POS systems
Axial also connects to Lightspeed, Qu, Square and Revel, and will integrate with any POS that shares its data.
What if we change POS systems?
Your history stays in Axial. Load your history before you switch so year-over-year reporting carries straight through.
Can we upload daily totals instead?
Not usefully. Reports, contests and forecasts are built on item-level check data, so Axial needs a real POS connection or raw item-level history.
