Can we see sales and labor in real time in Axial Shift?
Short answer
Yes. The mobile app and the Realtime Sales page show today's sales during service, and the Daily Guide paces plan versus actual up to the minute. Other web reports update overnight.
- Toast data arrives through webhooks. Where the partner system supports it, Axial pulls new data in under a minute.
- Some systems, such as Revel and CrunchTime, are pulled every 15 minutes.
- Punch edits on earlier days are picked up automatically, so labor costs stay current.
