Can Axial Shift track server upselling?
Short answer
Yes. Axial shows item-level sales by employee, so you can see each server's upgrades, add-ons and featured items against the store average. Contests can stack-rank servers on any of these.
- Filter by store, by AM or PM, or by servers only.
- Download to Excel, or show live leaderboards on a back-of-house screen.
