Information we Collect.

User Provided Information.

We may ask you to provide us with information regarding your business, such as your entity name, assumed name or trade name, Employer Identification Number (EIN), credit or financial information, company and executive profiles and contact information(“Business Information”) .

We may ask you to provide us with certain categories of information such as personal information, which is information that could reasonably be used to identify you personally, such as your name, company, e-mail address, and mobile number (“Personal Information”).

We may also collect credit card, bank and/or ACH information.

We may collect this information through forms in the Services, including account registration forms, contact us forms, or when you otherwise interact with us. When you sign up to use the Services, you will be required to create an account profile.

User Generated Content and Public Information.

You also may provide information to be published or displayed (hereinafter, “posted”) on public areas of our website(s), or transmitted to other users of our Services or third parties (collectively, “User Contributions“). Your User Contributions are posted on and transmitted to others at your own risk. Web Beacons. Small graphic images or computer code called web beacons may be included in our web and mobile pages and messages. The web beacons are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of Web users. In contrast to cookies, which are stored in a user’s computer hard drive, web beacons are embedded invisibly on Web pages. Web beacons or similar technologies help us better manage content on our Services by informing us what content is effective, count users of the Services, monitor how users navigate the Services, count how many e-mails that we send were actually opened or to count how many particular articles or links were actually viewed. Third Parties Providing Services on Our Behalf.

We use third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Services, provide or perform certain aspects of the Services on our behalf. We may provide vendors with access to user information, including Business Information and Personal Information, this information sharing is limited to only the information needed by the vendor to carry out the services they are performing for you or for us. We use a third party hosting provider who hosts our support section of our website. Information collected within this section of our website is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Legal Reasons

We cooperate with government and law enforcement officials and private parties to enforce and comply with the law. Further, we may use IP address or other Device Identifiers, to identify users, and may do so in cooperation with third parties such as copyright owners, internet service providers, wireless service providers or law enforcement agencies, including disclosing such information to third parties, all in our discretion. Business Transfer.

We may share your Information with our parent, subsidiaries and affiliates for internal reasons. Changing Your Information and Cancelling Your Account.

If your Business Information or Personal Information changes, or if you no longer desire our Services, you may correct, delete inaccuracies, or amend information by contacting us through customer support. We will make good faith efforts to make requested changes in our then active databases as soon as reasonably practicable; however, we may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

You may also cancel or modify your account or the communications that you have elected to receive from the Services by following the instructions contained within an e-mail or by logging into your user account and changing your communication preferences.

We will retain your Information for as long as your account with the Services is active and as needed to provide you services. Even after your account is terminated, we will retain your Information as needed to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, conclude any activities related to cancellation of an account (such as addressing chargebacks from your credit card companies), investigate or prevent fraud and other inappropriate activity, to enforce our agreements, and for other business reason. No Children.

Our Services are not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 is allowed to register with or use the Services. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from anyone under the age of 13. If we discover that we have collected Personal Information from a person under 13, we will delete such information as soon as reasonably possible.
